What is Customized Order?

Product customization process---

Custom product quality system

To meet the needs of different customers, we offer customization options of 6 different grades. The duration and price vary with each grade, as well as with the embroidery picture to a great extent.
Grade one: The supreme grade for embroidery customization. Thread 1# and Thread 2# are mainly employed. The embroidering process usually lasts a long time, but brings about the most exquisite embroidery products.
Grade two: Thread 1#, Thread 2# and Thread 3# are mainly employed. It is among high-grade Su embroidery products.
Grade three: Thread 2#, Thread 4# and Thread 8# are mainly employed. It is among high- and medium-grade Su embroidery products.
Grade four: Thread 4#, Thread 8# and Thread 16# are mainly employed. It is among medium-grade Su embroidery products.
Grade five: Thread 8# and Thread 16# are chiefly employed. It is among medium-grade Su embroidery products.
Grade six: Thread 16# and Thread 32# are mainly employed. It is among ordinary Su embroidery products.
Remark:
Thread 1# is the thinnest thread that equals to a common embroidery thread split into 32 strands; Thread 2# is the one after being split into 16 strands; … and so on and so forth. Thread 8# is also known as Floss 1#. Generally speaking, the thinner the thread is, the higher fineness and the better effect an embroidery piece will be achieved, and of course, the higher the workmanship requirement is and the longer the embroidering process will last. But in many cases, in order to display the transition of color shade and the sense of reality, and to achieve a better stereoscopic effect finally, the use of thin threads and thick threads must be combined for certain part of an embroidery picture.
