1.What features do your products have?
Our products are 100% hand-made by embroiders, natives of Suzhou, the most famous city in China for its embroideries, rather than machine-made (unless otherwise agreed). This makes them more exquisite and valuable. In choosing presents for others, they may be your first choice for their precious value.

2.Why are hand-made embroideries more costly than computer-made ones?
Simply because computer-made embroideries are produced in batch by machines according to a simple program designed by operators, while hand-made ones are manually stitched, requiring higher skills and more physical and mental work.

3.How to tell hand embroidery from machine embroidery?
Machine embroidery featuring single board and few changes in stitching skills is incomparable to hand embroidery, especially in the vivid effect achieved by the latter with regard to the eyes of embroidery animals.

4.How to evaluate the quality of a Su embroidery product?
The quality of an embroidery product is first of all evaluated by the fineness of threads and needles. Generally, the thinner the lines are, the more exquisite the embroidery product and the more skillful the workmanship. This does not apply in all cases, however. The importance of embroidery techniques may not be ignored. In the case of random stitch embroidery, for example, the harmony and taste for an embroidery product as a whole are more valued than the fineness of threads and needles. Secondly, the quality also depends on the gap between two different colored stitches. A quality embroidery product is always densely stitched, looking very natural. Finally, the taste of an embroidery product as a whole has to be considered. A quality embroidery product generally looks smooth and harmony, as achieved by different stitching skills used in different part, while a poor quality embroidery product appears dull and inflexible.

Generally, the pricing is based on dimension, pattern, workmanship and other factors like embroiders themselves. In case of a master embroider, her works are doubtlessly expensive than an ordinary embroiler's.

7.How soon will your firm make delivery upon payment?
We'll make delivery on the following day upon receipt of payment if our inventory can meet your needs; if not so, it generally takes 1 to 3 months, depending on the technique by which the product(s) you order is/are to be made.
